Credit Counseling

CCCS provides confidential, one-on-one, comprehensive money management counseling. Counseling is provided either in person or by telephone. Forms and information are also available on-line. There is no fee for this service.

For the appointment, we ask that a Budget Information Form, Privacy Policy, and the Statement of Counseling Services form be reviewed and completed.

For your convenience, we have an online budget form that you can fill out to start your counseling session. Once your information is complete and has been submitted to our office we will then contact you to set up an appointment time. Please print a copy of the completed form for your records. If you are mailing your information to our office, please include the completed Budget Information Form, Statement of Counseling Services, Privacy Statement, and a copy of government photo ID (i.e. driver’s license) to either of the offices below:
