CCCS offers three options to complete the pre-discharge education requirement for consumers filing bankruptcy. Please note that CCCS is not authorized to offer this course to consumers filing bankruptcy in Alabama, Oregon, and North Carolina.
NOTE: You MUST have filed your bankruptcy and been issued a case number before taking the pre-discharge course.

Course Fees:
In Class/Phone: $50/individual and $75/couple
Internet/Audio: $35/individual and $50/couple
Approved to issue certificates evidencing completion of credit counseling or a personal financial management instructional course in compliance with the Bankruptcy Code. Approval does not endorse or assure the quality of an Agency’s or Provider’s services
